How do I get inVueTXT?
Really easily! You download a small application onto your phone from the internet, and then run it! If you're really lazy, just text 'SUN' to 82055 and follow the instructions. Unfortunately, if you have a Windows phone, there's an extra step - but Windows phone users are really clever anyway so this won't trip them up.

Can I use my current phone?
Yes! Unless you have such an old model (with a black and white screen) in which case you probably already look totally uncool and should really upgrade! inVueTXT supports ALL the latest phone models. And if your phone does not allow you to download inVueTXT, call us free on 0800 652 5767.

Does inVueTXT work with any network?
Yes,! ANY network. ANY country in the world. So you can keep using your current contract. Or you can take this opportunity to shop around for a cheaper contract, or threaten to leave and then get an upgrade from your current provider.

Will my inVueTXT work if I go abroad?
Yes! Of course! That's the whole idea of inVueTXT - to send texts back home from abroad. Although you can also make huge savings using inVueTXT to send texts from the UK to any country in the world.

How do I get FREE texts?
When you sign up, we automatically credit 10 free text messages to your inVueTXT account. And each time you refer a friend, you get an extra 10 free text messages. Invite more friends, gain more credits!

How do I refer a friend?
You need to add the friend as a contact by clicking Contacts>CreateNew. Once the contact is added, you can then invite them by clicking Contacts>Options/Actions>Invite. They'll get a text inviting them to sign up, and a referral code which ensures that we track back to you and give you your 10 free texts as a thank you!

How do I pay for using inVueTXT?
TopUp on this site using PayPal's secure online payment gateway with any credit or debit card. Or ask someone to transfer credit to you in return for a beer, a snog, or whatever. Transferring is easy - click Billing>TransferCredit.

How can I make money with inVueTXT?
We're always on the lookout for budding entrepreneurs. You can earn quite a bit of extra cash by becoming a reseller. Each time someone buys a top up, you get a piece of that. Even cooler, you can now sit back because everytime they top up again, anytime for life, you get another piece! This could add up to a lot of money. DATA ACCESS

What does data access mean?
Having data access on your phone means that you can access the internet on your mobile. If you can browse Google on your phone, you've got data access.

How do I get data access?
Really simple! If you do not have it already, all you need to do is to call your network provider and tell customer service that you would like to have data access on your phone. They will not charge you anything for this.

How much does data access cost?
Sign up is free. Running costs vary depending on the operator. and you may even have an 'all you can eat' package. To download inVueTXT onto your phone won't cost more than about 12p. Sending one text message from the UK will cost less than 0.01p in internet charges. Overseas, despite the phone companies ripping everyone off with huge data roaming charges, you'll still not spend more than about 0.1p per text.

How long does it take to get data access?
A few minutes! Just call the customer service number of your provider and they will set up your data access immediately!

SECURITY

How secure is inVueTXT?
Very! Nobody can intercept and read your texts. And nobody can access your account without knowing your username and password - so even if your jealous partner sneaks off with your phone, they won't be able to see your texts!

What happens to my texts if my mobile is lost or stolen?
Nothing! When you get your new mobile phone, download inVueTXT onto it again, and off you go! All your texts will be there! Try THAT with your ordinary text service on your phone!

CREATING YOUR ACCOUNT

How do I install inVueTXT?
Text 'SUN' to 82055 or enter www.invuetxt.com/a in your mobile internet browser and get started in seconds. For those people using Windows phones, please refer to the website and follow the installation steps: www.invuetxt.com/windows

How do I sign up?
Download the application. After downloading, you should be able to find it in 'Applications' or 'Games' (depending on the phone), then click 'Actions' or 'Options' (depending on the phone) and then click 'SignUp'. Complete all the fields and click 'Save'. If you have been referred by a friend, you should have received a code in the text you got from them. Type in this code when you sign up so that you and your friend will each get your 10 FREE texts. If you don't have a code, use INVUE to sign up, and we'll still give you 10 FREE texts!

How do I get a referral code?
If you were invited by a friend, you would have received a text which included the code. If you came from one of our partner sites, the text or special web page relating to that partner would have given you a code. But if you haven't got a code, don't panic! Just use INVUE as the code. We'll give you 10 FREE texts with our code - although you might have got more if you'd remembered your friend's or our partner's code!

CHANGING PHONES OR PROVIDERS

What do I do if I have changed my phone?
First of all, congratulations! You've hopefully got a cooler phone than the last one! You now only have to install inVueTXT on your new phone. Click on the following link www.invuetxt.com/a and follow the steps. For Windows phones, please refer to the website and follow the installation steps www.invuetxt.com/windows.

I've lost my old phone! How do I get my contacts back?
Don't panic! One of the many cool things about inVueTXT is that nothing is stored on your device! So whilst the low-life who stole your phone enjoys free calls (but will get bad kharma in due course, believe us!), all your data is safe. In our servers. Looked after by our geeks. So as soon as you get your new replacement phone, load in inVueTXT again, and, pfffft, there are your contacts. And all your credit.

I want to change phone! Will it be supported?
inVueTXT works on all the latest models. Both Symbian (which we prefer because installation is easier, and we're not contributing to the world domination plans of a particular software provider!) or Windows phones. If you are unsure, email your phone model to us at support@invuetxt.com and we'll be able to advise you further. Well, one of our geeks will, anyways!

I've changed my mobile number! What shall I do?
You need to sign up using another username and mobile number. You can then transfer the credits from your old account to the new account. And we're working on getting you to transfer your contacts, too. This will be ready very soon!

COSTS

How do I top up my account?
Simply go to the website www.invuetxt.com and choose the credit you want to top up with.

How do I transfer credit to another account?
Click Billing>Options/Actions>TransferCredit. Then insert the amount and enter the username of the person you want to send the credit to, and voila!

Can I top up when I'm abroad?
Yes, you can! Simply go to the website www.invuetxt.com from any internet cafe and choose the credit you want to top up with.

Can I top up somebody else's account?
Yes! Swap credits for beers, kisses, debts, whatever!. All you need to have is the mobile number of the person you want to send the credit to.

Why does the cost of a text vary from country to country?
We have to use the dreaded mobile phone company in the country of destination to deliver your text to your friend. Each company, in every country, is free to charge what they want. Fortunately, they're only charging us local text rates, so that's how we can bring texts to you from as low as 4p!

What is a PIN and where do I get one?
In certain countries, you can top up your inVueTXT account by buying a scratch card which gives you a PIN to enter. But we also use PINs for special promotions - so keep your eye out for our promotions in the press, on TV, in bars and clubs, or at events!

TROUBLESHOOTING

I can't sign up:
Reasons:
- Username is not available: please try another username
- Different password 'Password and confirmation do not match': please type the password again
- Can't find 'Sign Up': please look under 'Actions' or 'Options' (depending on the phone)
- Don't have a referral code: use INVUE

I forgot my password:
Please send us an email at support@invuetxt.com with your username and telephone number, and we'll send you a text message with a new password.

I have two SIM cards in the same phone and want to use both:
- Sign up both numbers with different usernames (and you get 10 FREE texts for each number!)
- Remember you need only download the application ONCE

I still have credit but can't send texts, or texts are sitting in my Outbox:
Most likely you have a problem with your internet access. Check by trying to browse Google from your phone. And make sure you have enough credit on your SIM card.

Can I share the PIN with another user:
No. The PIN can be used only ONCE.

The PIN is not working:
